HOW TO USE
For hot tea: Scoop 1 1/2 teaspoons of CBD Loose Leaf Tea into a tea infuser or cup. Pour 8 oz hot water over tea. Steep between 1-3 minutes and enjoy. Â For cold tea: Scoop 1 1/2 teaspoons of CBD Loose Leaf Tea into a cup. Add 8 oz cold water and steep for at least 30 minutes. Each 1.5 oz container contains 250 mg of broad spectrum hemp extract CBD (approximately 5 servings). A typical serving (1 1/2 teaspoons) of CBD Â Loose Leaf Tea contains 12.5 mg of CBD.
